How do you keep the images of my children safe?

We take children's privacy seriously. The app is designed to take place entirely on your device. Your child's image will never leave the device unless you decide to share their video with friends and family.

It's taking a long time to download a story, is there a problem?

Some of our stories are pretty big! That means it can take a little while to download for the first time. Double check your internet connection and make sure your device stays awake during the download. You might need to occasionally tap the screen to keep it awake.

Do you use Artificial Intelligence to make your stories?

Never! Stories are meant to connect people to on another, not to machines! All art work, animation, and writing is done by real people.
